Atleast helps people to have a close eye on scammers and cheaters who are increasing on a daily basis now a days. More online platforms for shopping more scammers. Trust pilot reviews are helping shoppers to identify these scammers.

The website positions itself as a platform for posting reviews. Reviews that cannot be deleted. This is not true. My review was deleted and my account was blocked. I left a positive review about software that I own (via subscription) and use myself. The account had only one review, which complied with the platform's rules. The company deleted the review and blocked the account with the following statement: As part of our efforts to ensure that our community can trust the reviews they read on Trustpilot, we’re constantly on the lookout for unusual activity. We do this by using customized software, dedicated Content Integrity Agents, or a combination of both. In this case, your Trustpilot account has been flagged because we believe it relates to review seller networks that buy and sell fake reviews. On that basis, we’ve suspended your account and removed your reviews from our platform. I filed an appeal and sent documents to confirm ownership of the software. I received the following response: Thanks for getting back to us and apologies for our delayed response. Unfortunately, after reviewing this case on the whole, we’ve decided we won’t be unblocking your account and reinstating your review. We hope you understand that in order to protect our site from abuse, we can’t go into further detail. i believe is not the best site to make reviews since they remove it witt no reason but at least most of the reviews are real

good and trustworthy site for reviews.. my only complaint is the poor costumer service that they don't reply to the complaint about reviews been removed.
