Just closed my account after years of gambling on horses, greyhound and football mainly. Over the weekend a cash out offered £19.80 I accepted and cashed out, the following day I got an email stating they had made an error and changed this to £8.70 , I complained back and forth 5 tines, they just don't care and stated small print, morally so wrong. Cancelled my account. Good riddance.
