is not the best wallet since verify your account is a long process but once you do it, is worth it.

just another bad experiencie with an ewallet.. high comissiones, verification process to long and they can even close you account if you do it wrong.. they were good years ago...

pretty secure wallet.. the only issue I faced is the commission for new users and the verification `proceess

All the transactions were fast and had almost no commissions. Still, the process to verify your account is too complicated.

I created an account, replenished my account with 10 euros. I started to go through the verification stage and my account was blocked. I started a correspondence with technical support for a week already, they have been carrying some kind of blizzard that the status of the person has been confirmed, send documents confirming registration. Sent an extract from monobank does not fit. Before that, they started telling me that they were not working with the Donetsk and Lugansk regions because of the sanctions. I tell them I am a resident of Ukraine, I live in the territory controlled by Ukraine, I provided them with documents, the account is still blocked, the money has not yet been returned to the card, technical support collects biometric data and says send more documents. It looks like a fraudulent company for illegal collection of biometric data with embezzlement of customer funds without providing services. I demanded to return the money to the card from which the account was replenished, I will receive an answer that the money will be returned if I send them documents confirming the billing card. These are 100% scammers. Any bank, when closing an account, returns the balance of funds at the request of the client to the card or bank account from which the account was replenished in their system. I don't recommend the company.
