My account is restricted. Paypal asked me to send a proof of my current address so I decided to go with my contract purchasing a condo. It's neither approved nor disapproved, it kept "sending", making it impossible for me to proceed. How can I post another proof if its been like that for 1 month?

I love the part of the service where with the first level identification, you can easily do the transactions. Despite the exchange and transaction fees being excessive high it was still manageable till the moment they decided to freeze the account because I needed to do KYC. I think highly of them though because I made good use of the account when I had it.
