Cardmarket is a peer-to-peer platform that allows you to buy and sell a high variety of Trading cards (Yugioh, Dragonball, One Piece, Pokemon, Magic). My experience with Cardmarket up to this point has been extremely positive. Close to all sellers are trustworthy and if you encounter a "stinker", cardmarket's support-system is there to help you find a solution. If you live in Europe, they are the no.1 marketplace to buy and sell your cards!

I had a complaint because of a damaged shipment I received. I tried to talk with the seller, to no avail. I sent a ticket to the cardmarket support providing as many informations and pictures as I could. Two days later I got a refund. Best customer service I could ask for.

Unfortunately I had one bad experience (among many good ones) with an unfaithful seller and asked for help to customer service. They first couldn't help me but when I explained my problem in more details, they managed to find a solution and they even made a commercial gesture they didn't have to.
